Until 1994, Richard Wong was Managing Director of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad, part of the global London-based BTR-Group. He founded the TEC Asia Centre, which holds the license for the internationally known TEC process, which enables CEOs to proactively manage change and get ahead of the competition by sharing ideas, specialist knowledge and personal experience with other successful CEOs.

In addition to his responsibilities at TEC, Richard Wong is an Associate of the Adizes Institute, USA, with over 25 years practical experience in the holistic Adizes methodology, which supports organizations in achieving leading positions.

He has represented FMG in South East Asia since August 2008.
