Andreas Bummel has been working for the FutureManagementGroup AG since 2001. His main focal areas are issues concerning world order and global political trends. He was a member of the Council of the World Federalist Movement-Institute for Global Policy in New York from 1998 to 2007. Bummel is considered to be one of the leading global activists for a United Nations Parliament. He has been Managing Chairman of the Committee for a Democratic UNO since 2004 and heads the secretariat of the international campaign for a United Nations Parliament. In June 2007, he was awarded the "Vision Award" of the Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade. He works with NGOs and parliamentarians from all over the world. He completed a commercial apprenticeship and a law degree with specializations in corporate and international law. 

He holds speeches in many locations, including Berlin, Brussels, Geneva, Guadalajara, Copenhagen and Munich.
