Marko Miljkovic studied economics at the University of Belgrade, where he completed a Masters degree in "macroeconomic policy and development". During his studies, he attended the Belgrade Open School, where he gained knowledge of the European Union’s economy, politics, history and culture. In summer 2006, he attended the International Institute for Political and Economic Studies in Greece on a scholarship from the "Fund for American Studies" and Georgetown University, Washington.

He has been working at the FutureManagementGroup in Belgrade since December 2008.
