The "Eltville Model" contains selected basic futures research methods, such as Delphi, scenario methods, weak signals, issue analysis, precursors, analytical and holistic decision processes, a range of univariate and multivariate forecast techniques and a wide range of creative methods.
The methodical system is supported with the help of the "FutureManager" software developed by the FutureManagementGroup AG.
