With this data protection declaration we inform you about the extent of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter only “data”).

B.   Data processing

We process data within the framework of the operation of our website. The processing of the data also includes disclosure by transmission.

For data transfers to the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, the EU-US Privacy Shield.  In this decision, the Commission has certified that the guarantees for the transfer of data to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield comply with the data protection standards in the EU. As far as we transfer data to the USA, we have marked the participation of our service providers in the EU-US Privacy Shield.

The data concerned in detail, processing purposes, legal bases, recipients and transfers to third countries are listed below:

a) Log file

We log your visit to our websites. The following data will be processed: Name of the website accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system used by you, referrer URL (previously visited website), your IP address and the requesting provider. This is necessary to ensure the security of the website. We process the data accordingly on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO. The log file will be deleted after seven days, unless it is needed to clarify or prove specific legal violations that have become known within the retention period.

b) Hosting

Within the scope of hosting, all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website will be stored. This is necessary to enable the operation of the website. We process the data accordingly on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO. For the provision of our online presence, we use the services of web hosting providers to whom we transmit the above data.

c) How to contact us

If you contact us, your data (name, contact data, if provided by you) and your message will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry. These data are processed by us on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO or Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO to process your enquiry.

The transmission of information by registration is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO.

The registration takes place in the so-called Double-Opt-In procedure. To prevent misuse, we will send you an e-mail after your registration asking you to confirm your registration. In order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements, your registration will be logged. This concerns the storage of the registration and confirmation times as well as your IP address. To send the newsletter, we use service providers to whom we transmit the above-mentioned data.

In order to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are short data packages which are stored on your terminal and exchanged with other providers. We use a so-called tracking pixel on our website. A cookie is stored on your end device when you visit certain pages. The cookies remain permanently on your PC. On our website getclicky we use an analysis service of Roxr Software Ltd, 3225 SW Cascade Ave, Corvallis, OR 97333, USA (“getclicky”).
